We’ll personally introduce you to our team of trusted vendors and stand by your side as you round out your vendor dream team. We’ll be here to simply keep you on track as we plan. It's no fun for anyone if something is overlooked, so let us make sure all of our bases are covered so there aren't any issues day-of. We only take a few partial planning & consultation packages per year, so act fast!

Package Includes:

  • Venue walkthrough(s) to get an idea of the space and design vision

  • Vendor referrals

  • Floor plan creation

  • Management of rentals

  • Etiquette consultation (gratuities)

  • Assembly of the master vendor list

  • Creation of master timeline and distribute to all your vendors

  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • Day-of set up and complete coordination

  • Tear down and venue check out

  • Collection of personal items and gifts

Package also includes:

  • Unlimited communications

  • Production assistant

Package does not include, but can be adjusted to include:

  • Website design and management

  • Guest RSVP management and meal management for a caterer

  • Invitation suite design, assembly, and send out

  • Full weekend coordination (welcome party/rehearsal dinner + farewell brunch + other activities)

  • Floral design and production

  • Calligraphy + signage design and production

Day Of - Month Of Coordinator is for the bride who has done most of the planning herself but now wants to relax and indulge in her final bridal moments.
